Delete My Data
Request permanent deletion of all data associated with your device.
What data do we store?
Knitmus stores the following data linked to your device:
- Saved patterns — Generated knitting patterns including preview images, pattern text, and design preferences.
- Body measurements — Chest circumference, body length, sleeve length, upper arm circumference, and knitting gauge.
- Region preference — Your chosen language/region (Norwegian, UK English, or US English).
All data is associated with a randomly generated device identifier. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information.
Delete from the app
The easiest way to delete your data is directly in the Knitmus app. Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete all my data".
Delete via Device ID
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by entering your device ID below. Your device ID can be found in the app under Profile.
